maganda ang performance nila! but when it comes to difficulty of stunts, tossess and tumblings w/ double twist. ay! malayo to sa NU PEP SQUAD. im not from any universities of manila! lahat nang mga na compet that year, pinapanuod ko sa youtube! iba talaga ang NU kahit may mga errors sila. hindi nila mapapantayan ang level of difficulties nang NU at ang synchronization.
but let's remember 50% is dance 50% is cheer. I just don't understand that it seems 70% cheer 30% dance. Hindi naman na talaga nasusunod ang tamang scoring for the longest time.
Parang kailan lang nagsisisgawan ung sa crowd ng UP kada mali sa performance ng NU noon.
Kung mapapanood niyo ung inupload na rehearsal ng NU sinabi ng coach nila sa huli na "ang yayabang niyo" which i think patama sa kanila.

Even if this performance was done perfectly, it's still far from NU. The routine is very boring and archaic. Mukha siyang pang-3rd year high school interbatch cheering. This is the truth. Sana aware ang mga Iska para ma-improve sila.

It's sad to know na yan ang tingin mostly ng mga magulang sa UP but it's the truth. Teacher yung dad ko and he talked about his co-educators and how they won't let their children attend the university because of that fear.
Truth or not, the stigma is there. Passing an entrance exam is easy as long as nag-aral ka talaga kaya wag mong ipagmalaki yan, napaghahalataang yan lang yung achievement mo☺️

Naiiyak ako sa nagsabing luto noon sa NU magfocus po kasi sa lahat ng segments at elements ng cheerdance kaya nga may deductions sa bawat hulog how much more pag hindi nagkaroon ng error sa NU. Just saying .😅

Kung makita mo to pati ang scoresheet, talagang mababa ung score nla sa tosses at thumblings, u all have 5 mins, pero ilang beses lang nagtoss, tapos di pa talaga ganon ka taas ung difficulty nung toss, ewan ko sa coach ng UP, parang di tumitingin sa criteria, ibalik mo ung UP na nkasanayan ko 😭😭😭, parang awa mo na!

SKZ Jeongin sayang nga pero hirap yung stunts nila dito 9 full extension rewind tsaka yung ball up 1.5 twist at yung toss full (unassisted to full extension tas may some nag cupies pa)first segment sa stunts pang NCC galawan nila dito technicality talaga panlaban sa stunts.

This performance is a clear representation na hindi porket malinis ang routine ay ibig sabihin it is a championship-worthy performance. They were excellent when it comes to stunts and pyramids, but in regards of tosses, dance segments and tumbling? HINDI.
Pero sa bagong criteria na meron ang UAAP CDC which was introduced in the year 2013, technicalities bears more weight than cleanliness. Kaya no doubt na 3rd place ang UP dito and NU secured their 3rd consecutive title.
@@wgnct2718 its not about how clean your routine is. Ano silbi ng criteria if cleanliness lng naman ang basihan. Remember may tumbling, tossess, stunt, dance, etc sa criteria. Let's say UP got the highest in dance, but how about the stunts, tumbling ang tossess? Dun nalugi ang UP sa elements na yun and NU nailed all of it although may errors.
@@wgnct2718 all of the teams did great. I understand that you think UP did better than NU because UP has this trademark that they always inject out-of-the-box and unique themes. But technically, difficulties and new set of stunts was introduced by the NU that set a standard in the competition. Ang naging loophole lang kasi talaga in the routine of the NU is the "we are family" pyramid. Yun lang. And deductions were made. But when it comes to technique, difficulties, and transition? They got it. Plus, grabe sa pag-regress yung dance segment ng UP dito compare sa 2014 routine nila. 400 points ang dance. And that's one of the reasons as well kung bakit hindi nag-fail ang NU na mag-champion.
Also, kaya siguro most of the people think nung 2015 na deserve ng UP ang title because not everyone has a good grasp of knowledge regarding how the criteria and guidelines work in the competition. Yun lang hehe.
Pero kung icocompare sa UST, na sayaw lang naman ang naging strength (wala ding difficulty ang mga stunts ng UST that time, but they end up as 1st runner up), mas difficult yang performance ng UP. Mas mahirap pa nga partner stunts ng UP kesa sa NU eh. 10, 9 at 8 sets of partner stunts ginagawa ng UP compare sa 8 at 7 sets ng NU. Sa UST? May 9 sets sila pero simpleng taas lang yun, walang grabe dun, assisted pa.

Utak at Puso raw pero nung nag failed yung stunt ng NU grabe magsipagreact lmao parang di ginamitan ng utak at puso ah. Umaasang manalo eh pakabasic naman ng performance parang pang buwan ng nutrisyon lang lol. Bago kayo magreact ng ganon sa NU tingnan niyo muna performance niyo kung perfect ba.

NU slayed it fair and square. We get it. But sometimes too much comparison doesn't sound educational anymore. Can't we just be grateful that each team had some good shares at making this event memorable?

@@janjamesramos247 I get the point. It feels that way, but doesn't really work that way. Kailangan kc tlga mahasa sa squads is kung pano ma-maximize ung dance segment. The May 2022 CDC is testament to that. Cut down to 3 mins and some still lack in wow effect when it comes to dance. Meaning, the quality of dance concentrated in a shorter period of time gives you an idea kung gano ka-senseless ung ibang steps sa theme chosen ng squad kung isinalang pa sa 6min routine. Ung iba ang boring at ang dumi pa ng blockings. Ang nangyayari, pangsapaw na lng kung baga. If a team is to secure perfect 50% sa dance, need tlga magstep-up sa choreography, bilis and creativity plus linis ng blockings.

As for the dance, ewan ko, I think less critical ang judges, at wala naman masyado impact kung gagalingan talaga sa creativity at wow factor. May ibang teams palaging madaling steps para maconserve ang energy. I don't really believe that the rubrics for dance is justifiable for me kung meron man (may nakita kasi ako dati).

Etong team lang laging gumagamit ng pompoms
Dahil Cheerdance ito hindi Cheerleading pls search it first. And ofcourse pom poms are very important when it comes to cheering lalo na kung malayo yung nagcheecheer sa cheenicheer niya(gets mo b?), props ba para ma-emphasize yung hand movements lolll. Isipin mo rin yun noh. Pero i-search mo muna yung difference sa cheerleading sa cheerdance(UAAP CDC).
