Is it easy to remove the grill and top portion( the part with the toyota logo) off the bumper assembly? I need to replace just the “bumper”part

Do you know if there is a front hook/eyelet for towing? Where is it located??

I believe it’s located on the grill but it blends in very well so you really have to look closely
