I’ve always loved the Lady Di sweater. Also, I love vintage fabrics, patterns, and replicated patterns or styles of Victorian era. I love working with the laces (French lace or Swiss embroideries).
The yellow fabric with tulips is a flocked fabric and was very popular in the mid 70s. I made several dresses with that type of fabric. They wear very well and the flocking really stands up to washing.
FYI: iN Manhattan at the high end shops and restaurants, they hang xmas ornaments from the ceiling! I also do this! Gorgeous!
