There is a badge called Trial And Error, you need to find a really rare glitchy cube. its pickup button will be purple. Picking it up summons one of the 3 entities - large amounts of screech, glitchy rush/ambush, and red ambush. Surviving the entity will give the badge and a significant speed boost. I have this badge so... i can tell account name if needed. (EDITED) The boost disappears when going between floors. And the badge gives a free revive.
Some info that will help you get the new badges. 1. I’m pretty sure you could also just go into the Rooms with a Crucifix and use it there, but I’m not too sure as I haven’t tried this one out yet. If it does not work, get the “Back on Track” achievement and use that modifier. 2. If you’re holding an item or you drop it when Sally appears, she will not attack you and will instead steal the item. She will play with it, which will give you the “Playtime” badge. If you want the “Playtime’s Over” badge, you must have a Crucifix equipped, and when she goes to steal the item, she will be crucified. 3. The “Trial and Error” badge requires you to find a Glitch fragment (yes, Glitch is canon now), which is extremely rare. When grabbing that item, 1 of 3 things will attack you; a corrupted version of Ambush, a corrupted version of Rush, and a corrupted version of Screech(es). They all function the exact same as their regular counterparts. Surviving 1 of these encounters will give you “Trial and Error”. Bonus fact: I’m pretty sure the Backdoor and Rooms entities that are crucified are supposed to have similar animations to the other entities where they disappear into the ground, but just weren’t implemented.
You can't use crucifix in Rooms as guiding light's presence isn't there, it's only curious light presence in Rooms, it will now allow you to use a crucifix, as it will say: Your crucifix feels lighter than normal.

@PremiumSalad the entity *Window* has a very small chance to spawn ingame. You can try crucify him there and see if that works? You may need admin to noclip through the wall.
