I've been wearing Crocs since there were only two styles. Beach and Cayman. This was when they first started in Boulder, Colorado. (Made in Boulder, CO). I still have them.
I've tried 3 different sizes and in all of them my feet slide to the front and mash my toes. They're incredibly uncomfortable. It seems like they only fit people with fat feet.
Ok I had no idea about the 3 different fits. I bought 2 different size 11's, the first ones fit perfectly! But the 2nd ones definitely felt a bit tighter like I really had to shove my foot in forward so my heel isn't on the edge lol not super uncomfortable but it makes wearing them with socks harder if they're not thin. The problem is when I shop for Crocs online and in store I don't see the different fit labeled on them so I have no idea which type I'm buying...

Yeah croc sizing doesn’t make much sense it’s best to try them in stores. I wear a 6.5 yet the women’s 6 was still too big and they don’t sell a 5. So I got kid sizes instead plus they’re more affordable. I guess it also depends if you have a narrow foot that can change the fit of the croc.

I've worn crocs ever since they came out. I prefer the classic, original ones. (which the crocs website lists as a 'roomy' fit) I have small feet and wear kids' sizes. Initially, crocs sized their kids sizes as 2-4, 3-5, etc. Years later, they went to a more complicated sizing. Little kids, big kids, etc. I had worn J2 (big kid J2) in the classic croc for multiple pairs, but the last classic pair I purchased is narrower and shorter. Too small, especially in the toe box, which is where I like more room. I bought some minion and toy story classic ones in J2 that fit just fine, so not sure what's going on with their sizing differences. I also have 3 pair of the kids' platform (classic with a taller base, same insole) crocs. Size J2 for the platform crocs ran a bit small, J3 is too sloppy. I wear the J3s with thicker socks in the Winter. I don't know what to order now in the classic size. Maybe it's quality control. Country of manufacturing has changed signicantly over the yeas. Started in Colorado, now it's all over the map: Mexico, China, etc. When placing the recent newest J2 pair against one of my older J2s, they look quite different. Any croc will stretch over time and get sloppier, but there shouldn't be that big of a difference on the supposed exact same size.
I’m 9.5 in most of my shoes. Got myself a pair of classic clogs 8US and they feel fine in comparison to 9. But 8.5 would be great though 😂 So I guess y’all are better off going to a store and trying bunch of different sizes and only then buying them. Some people say they shrink after awhile, some say they get more roomie which makes more sense. I guess I’ll find out
I know what the Crocs people say but I have found that they run big on me. I am a 9.5M US with sneakers/trainers. The pair I have that are 9M and are lined fit great with socks. I ordered another pair (non-lined, different color) in 9M and I feel like I'm swimming in them (with socks). I'm wondering if I should downsize again to 8M.
Some shoes I wear 7.5 and others I can wear a 8.5 or 9, can’t you have a guide that uses measurements when you buy? All shoe brands sizes run differently so it doesn’t answer the question of the true size to fit, would I buy 7.5, 8.5 or 9?

If you enjoy a roomy fit they might not feel too big on you! If they don't feel right as long as you got them from the official Crocs store you should be able to take advantage of the great returns policy and go for a size 11 instead. I hope they work out for you!

I bought this yesterday. My US shoe size is 11 but when I tried it in the store the size that fit was M9W11. Weird. The crocs literide pacer I ordered online fit good and they were size 11. What about for half size shoe ppl ? I normally need a 8 1/2 in shoes if the brand has half sizes thats the one that feels best for me.. any suggestion of what size I’d be ? Thanks
My best advice would be to try on a size 8 and a size 9 in a store to see which fits you best. However, I do appreciate a lot of the time we just want to buy online! Depending on how returns work for wherever you are in the world you could always purchase both a size 8 and a size 9 online, and then ship back whichever didn't work for you. If it were me and I just wanted to get the one pair and wing it, I'd either purchase a 'roomier fit' size 8 to accommodate your half size, or go for a 'regular fit' size 8 for a snug feel (I do find there is plenty of room in the foot bed on the regular fit model, which may feel okay for you being an 8.5). In the link in the description of the video I have a full Crocs size guide including photos if your want a closer up look of how they fit - there is 1 to 2cm of space at the heel for example).
