    The GOVT is considering imposing a buffer zone of 5 or 7KM from the pharma city center.
    Any info on that, would this fall under those limits?

      No official GO from govt on buffer zone. And this area comes under 5km radius.

    Good project now Metro announced up to Kandukur will be good investment which is abutting srisailam high way.. if they execute what they committed will be a great community

    they quoted 37K per sq yd. It's extremely high being so far from ORR Exit and very far from Financial District.

      Avnu nenu vellanu launch ki mundu roju naaku 36k chepparu, kaani ippudu aa area lo rs 30k persqyrd ki takkuva lo hmda layout lo dorakadu. Mak lo adigite 50k per sqyrd chepparu . G square eden gardens lo 70k aytundi with registration . Hyederabad lo ika takkuva ane mate ledu. West ki pote 2 lakhs per sqyrd cheptunnaru gated community lo😂😂😂.
