Ok, I have spent several years at music school, and that’s what I can say (that’s not hate): You pretty much need a good microphone, but that’s really the least. Some notes are just wrong, and even if they have a right tone, the sound itself is strange (you’re like doing a glissando between all of them) Try “separating” notes, and also, as a practice, singing not the entire song, but a certain part of it that you feel bad about. Maybe, try singing along to the originals until the moment you can barely hear, which voice is whose. Then start turning the volume down each time. Also try recording not right after you decided to sing a bit, but at first do some exercises (even just repeating the song several times is an exercise), and then make different versions until you really love the result. But my tips aren’t professional, so the best thing for you is a vocal teacher. I say that again, it’s not hate, I’m not an evil guy trying to ruin your entire day, and I have only the best wishes for you. If my silly tips will even help you improve, I’ll be really glad❤
