She didn't hate Laganja. She was annoyed by Laganja. Bianca has this older, motherly vibe coming off of her and you just know that she wasn't threatened by Laganja or that she paid her TOO MUCH attention. It's sort of like how Abdul Jabbar saw Magic Johnson
She's grown to like laganja, much like a lot of rpdr fans, because everyone realised that being accepted by her family for drag wasn't just something she had waited 2 years for, that she was right, she had waited her whole life to be accepted as trans. I think laganja wasn't in the right state to do s6, and she's honestly such a killer queen now.
