  • Per your request! A good set of stereo headphones and lots of pure (not tap) water maximize the effects of these frequencies.

    This is fantastic! I've been suffering from insomnia ever since birth, and never slept a whole night. I got tired of it, and then my doctor gave me some mild pills that should help me fall asleep. Zero effect. I still had racing thoughts, but not as much as before. Then it became worse. Yesterday I came across this video and I thought: This is silly, it won't help me. But after a few minutes I felt really sleepy. I thought that it just was me, but when I went to bed my racing thoughts were gone. I almost immediately fell asleep, and slept 8 hours straight. I couldn't believe it when I woke up because I've never done that before. I feel so refreshed. Thank you so much! I will use this every day now.

    You can actually access them yourself. Myself, and I'm certain other researchers, use the CAFL Rife Frequency Book (available online in .pdf). I generally combine 8 of the frequencies Rife isolated for each condition.

    "Isto é fantástico! Sofro de insônia desde o nascimento e nunca dormi uma noite inteira. Eu cansei disso, e então meu médico me deu alguns comprimidos leves que devem me ajudar a adormecer. Efeito zero. Eu ainda tinha pensamentos acelerados, mas não tanto quanto antes. Então ficou pior. Ontem me deparei com esse vídeo e pensei: Isso é bobagem, não vai me ajudar. Mas depois de alguns minutos, fiquei com muito sono. Pensei que fosse só eu, mas quando fui para a cama, meus pensamentos acelerados se foram. Quase imediatamente adormeci e dormi 8 horas seguidas. Não pude acreditar quando acordei porque nunca fiz isso antes. Eu me sinto tão revigorado. Muito obrigado! Vou usar isso todos os dias agora" Mari e Jacob

    Thank you for this; MUSIC FREE! Just what I've been looking for; I slept great for the first time in weeks. It's been the worst three weeks if my life! First I found out my youngest sister's lung cancer spread to her liver, spleen, esophagus and brain, then my older sister had a "mini-stroke and completely lost her sight in one eye and is waiting for results after a series of tests then after that...ugh...our close life long family friend had a stroke and he can't talk, can't walk....and is not doing well in hospital...
    I can't handle the music 🎶😭 that is in some of the rife frequency sleep videos, to me the music is too distracting and it makes it hard to fall asleep...so for me this is perfect-just what the doctor ordered! I started this video when I started this message and can barely hold eyes open....so good night all! ZzZzZzZzZzZzZzZzZzZzZzZz

    I had access to a frequency machine for a while, but I don't remember the auditory part of it. However, these auditory frequencies are just as effective, and much cheaper. :) You really don't have to get earplugs for it either for it to work.

    i can hear a constant sharp 'tap' sound repeatedly blaring through this one. I've listened to a lot of these, but never have experienced this type of sound. Kind of annoying. Besides that, great video!

      Where do all you ungrateful supercritics come from?
      Here is a great audio track for people really suffering.
      The various sounds are affecting the brain to create the result of sleep.
      This is not a music station.

    I really like this, especially little tapping on my brain sounds. Do you happen to have any like this but longer? It takes me so many hours to fall asleep. Keep trying to figure out how to loop in the phone as replaying has helped but have not been successful with figuring it out in an iPhone. Will keep trying, thank you, this is very cool.

    • @TheseEyesGod
      @TheseEyesGod 9 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Joanna Ransier Joanna, good idea. There are any number of add-ons for your browser that enable downloading. I like to go by the review ratings - going for the ones with more stars & more ppl rating it.
      I like to have at least 2, so that if one doesn't work for this or that vid, then the other app usually does. Just click the Tools menu, then Add-ons to check them out. Put "download video" in the add-on search box, and you're set to check them out.
