ma'am what is an example of AI ethics?- for me my teacher gave about the smart driving. but how do we define it as an example when its a moral issue?

Ethics define what is right or wrong. When we speak of AI Ethics, we need to take into consideration all the concerns that relate to it. For example, Who will be held responsible incase a machine does not work as expected or causes a harm?
