Nice tip!
We're doing a trial at work for premium per user licences... Any chance you could run down a few perks and call out when it's only useful if all the users have premium? I'm struggling to float a business case without knowing what I'm missing.
Paul the biggest thing is Dataverse. Premium gets you Dataverse and it is the fastest, most feature rich data souce. 🤩 It also has a lot more delegable functions, like Search, making it superior to SharePoint.
Other bonuses: You get Model-driven apps. You can use the HTTP action to interact with APIs. And lots more.
Dataverse is the answer though :)
@@ShanesCows thank you, yes... It would certainly make it easier! I've cooked up some crazy solutions with automate and get Json objects, holding items as JSON in Sharepoint gets around a lot of row item limits... But its not the easiest to maintain.
I really want to embed BI in apps, jazz hands.
Hello Shane, what for a Name hase your New Dog. Best Regards Stefan
Hi Bert. His name is Buddy. Though his nickname is boo-boo. 🐶😍
I really hope this will work on a form field some day. Do you understand why it doesn't?
Because Forms are a special kind of container and have a bunch of weird rules. 🥺
For mobile apps, can set focus be used to reset a scrolled down screen to the top?
Or is that functionality still missing from PowerApps?
I think that works just like that Bob. th-cam.com/video/dDsY3kap0rw/w-d-xo.html I did a longer video on the topic if you want to check it out.
@@ShanesCows Thanks Shane! Appreciate it and all your great videos.
