Don't compare India with North Korea. Their players have the skill and mentality to win and our players don't. Our only hope is origin players else Indian football team will be where it is right now even after 20-30 years. When Sunil Chhetri made his debut 20 years ago we were ranked 127th . Now when he has retired we are ranked 123rd . This shows our progression in 20 years.

I will give you a small example of what kind of difference a team with foreign origin players can make.
Earlier Vietnam used to dominate Indonesia in football. Vietnam is a team with mostly own origin players. But currently Indonesia has always been on top of Vietnam by using Foreign born players who have better ball skills. Even Japan is slowly adopting as well. Morocco and France being the other example.

3rd classes coaches at youth level. that is the main problem. clubs do not have money to hire good coaches at youth level but atleast AIIF should hire coaches like Nicolai Adam or foreign coaches for u17 nt u20. indian footbaall is doomed under aiff. all are here to sit on posts put money in their own pockets and give jobs to their favorite people. that is the reality of indian football.
