Hi Linda, So happy to have found your channel as your Methode is what I've been looking for. While I love "crafting", my passion lies in creating "art" which to me is taking crafting up several notches. Thank you for doing that, as I have been having a difficult time finding creators who provide me with what I've been looking for.
I’m so happy that you like this type of content, I too want to create art! I’m fascinated with mixed media because it seems so freeing to me. Thank you so much!
Absolutely enchanting new subscriber 😊
WOW! I have just found you, and I LOVE both of these projects! I love birds, and they are perfect for spring without being a "bunny". Thank you for sharing your artistic talent with us!!
Beautiful!
Thank you so much Cindie!

Hello Linda from East Tennessee! I am new and thankful I found you! The book is absolutely beautiful, so stunning! Wow the bottle is absolutely gorgeous!❤️❤️
Thank you so much!
Simply amazing!! So much time and care goes into your pieces! ❤
Thank you Jennifer!
Wow Linda, you did it again! These two projects are fantastic! With all of the layers of paint, the brickwork on the book actually looks like bricks, and the bottle looks like stone! I am really learning a lot from you.....thank you!
Thank you Lori, I really appreciate that!
I always learn so much from you. These pieces are stunning!
That’s wonderful! Thank you so much!
Just gorgeous!! The clay was a better choice than the resin because you can do those partial moulds, and I think clay looks more aged. Fabulous!
Thank you so much!
Wow😮❤ Wow!😮❤
Thank you!
You are so talented! I love both projects!!!! More please. 🤗⚜️
Thank you so much!
I absolutely love this! I also love how clean and detailed your projects are and for that, I thank you!

Thank you Sheila!
Hi Linda, both these projects are so beautiful and unique. It seems that both take some time but well worth it when they are finished. You are so talented, love watching your videos! 😄😄😄💛
Thank you so much, i really appreciate that!
Beautiful objects and great work. Love the bricks!!
You are overbrushing the crackle. The object is to get it on in one brush stroke, maybe two. Rebrushing removes the thickness you need in order for it to crack.
Thank you for the tip, much appreciated!

Hello Linda! Your creations are Beautiful! I know they were time consuming but I greatly appreciate you sharing them with us. Love the longer videos. Take care and have a great week😊
Thank you so much Terri! I hope you have a wonderful week!
I love your voice! It is so calming and soothing🤗
Oh thank you so much! I really struggle with voice overs because I have chronic allergies that affect my voice. Some days are worse than others but I’m very happy that you didn’t find it unpleasant!
I absolutely love both of your projects! ❤ You're one of my favorite crafters on youtube. I've learned so much from you about layering, and you make everything easy enough for us beginning crafters. Thank you!
Thank you so much, very happy that I’ve been helpful to you!
Grear projects!
Thank you Linda!
I like that very much ❤❤❤ 😊
Thank you!

Thank you!
Very nice video. I watched it all the way through! I rarely do that on craft video. This one was very different. This was informative as well as entertaining. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you so much!
beautiful❤thankyou
Thank you!
Love this so much with all the layers. You are so talented! I hope to give this a try myself. Thanks for sharing
That’s great, thank you!
I love your imagination with this book! Fantastic. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you!
When I have a bunch to make I dampened paper towels make them lay over the top of casting it keeps them just damp enough as I suffer through multiple clay pieces lol. Just spritz with mister on paper towel if it starts drying out. I also freeze clay pieces if I get worn out making multiples and thaw them out when ready to use. I really do enjoy watching all your work
Great tips, thank you so much!
I LOVE these! I've always liked upcycling bottles and jars.(Cheap thrills! Ha!)😊😊
Me too, thank you!
Oh my goodness! That bottle is just beautiful! So much work but worth it. Wonderful job on both projects!
Thank you!
I love them both!😍😍😍
Thank you!
If you lay another piece of paper between the cover and inside pages you can cover all the edges at once. Good ideas and I like your speeded up videos.
Great tip, thank you Toni!
Love love both projects! Gorgeous job !❤
Thank you!
Beautiful book!
Thank you!
So! Many! Layers! And both projects are beautiful.❤ I'm so ready for spring DIYs and decor. I appreciate that you don't edit out the difficulties you encounter and how you fix the problems, and don't try to make the process always seem simple and easy, because sometimes it's just not. I've had pretty good luck with DecoArt's 'Weathered Wood' crackle medium over raw, stained, and painted wood (haven't tried it on glass), if you or others want to try it out.
Thank you so much!
Stunning xxxx
Thank you!
So many inspiring projects and methods! Thanks for the tip about the glue!
Thank you & you’re welcome!
Beautiful!!!❤
Thank you!
These projects are so intricate and gorgeous. They are definitely worth the time and effort you put into them. ❤❤❤

Gorgeous projects!! Love the stenciling and many layers you use. Also appreciate hearing the things you wish you'd done. Good to know about that crackle medium. Also...thanks SOOO much for the tip on sucking up the glue that seems to bubble out of the bottle. Always great projects and info!
Thank you so much Cass, I really appreciate that!
Linda, the bottle is beautiful. I’m always amazed at the way you layer color and texture- the result is always so gorgeous. You are very talented. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you so much!
I love both of your projects today! Had to subscribe! Can't wait to see what else you have, and also what's coming up! Thanks so much for sharing!
Thank you so very much!
I put my clay moulds in freezer and when frozen I can take them out without breaking delicate areas and I can paint them without damaging the designs, they don’t take long to thaw out so you can bend on round objects etc
Thank you, good to know!
First time to your channel. Love ❤️ your explanations!! ❤
Thank you!
I'm a new subscriber and so glad I found your channel! Your designs are beautiful and your attention to detail is inspiring.

Thank you!
Thank you, really enjoy your instructions and attention to detail.
Thank you so much Kathy!
You gave me a lot of inspiration!
That’s wonderful, thank you!
Great job using clay for the birds mold. I have that mold, and I love it. I tried the clay and gave up and finally went with the resin, I just ran out of patience, lol.
Thank you! Yeah, I will definitely be using resin next time 😊
I just put mine in freezer for a bit they will come right out. Those tiny stems are a bugger if not using resin
Love everything you have made I also don’t have any luck with crackle lol
Thanks! I had a viewer tell me that I was overworking the crackle, only do 1 or 2 strokes and I thought, how did I not think of that since that’s what I’ve seen many people do?! So I tried that method on my current project & I did get some crackle, yay! I guess it just takes some practice, so don’t give up!
Love these !!!! So excited to have found your channel, I could not hit subscribe fast enough.
Thank you so much!
Bellissimi lavori complimenti❤🎉
Thank you so much!
Hi Linda!
Wow!! I just happened upon your video and are so excited. Your work is amazing ❤. Both projects turned out stunning!! Thank you for all the inspiration.
Another creator on TH-cam ; Erin the provincial farmhouse also creates decor books. Sometimes she opens them up; glueing all the pages together and does the design/rice paper:castings on the 2 open pages .

Thank you so much! Yes, I’ve seen the beautiful books she’s done & would like to try that!
Thank you for explaining step by step what you're doing. I have lots of books and bottles to practice with. Tina, Al's wife
Thank you Tina, I hope you have fun!
I've watched dozens of bottles being decorated but this is my absolute favorite!!❤❤
Thank you so much!
Amazing!!!❤
Thank you Kathy!
Hi Linda! Just beautiful..where could I buy the bird mold?
Amazon has it, thank you!
BEAUTIFUL!! What medium did you use for the bricks?
Thank you! I used Masters Touch modeling paste, from Hobby Lobby.
These both turned out just beautiful but with all the time involved, can you make enough money from these if you'd choose to sell them? Just wondering because I have a booth and nobody would be willing to pay me for the time invested. Just curious.
I won’t be able to recoup my time on these more detailed projects but I absolutely love making them. I’m just now getting ready to start selling my pieces so I’m curious to see what people are willing to pay.
@@lindadianedesigns1808 thank you for replying. I would really be interested in knowing also, and I appreciate your honesty re time recoup. What venue will you or do you use for selling your items?
Is there a reason you use a baby wipe? Instead of water
Just for convenience.
What’s the purpose of waxing the book pages?
To make them look aged. Plus it actually kind of stuck them all together which I like.
Linda, where did you get bird paper and brick stencil?
The bird paper came from miltonsdaughter.com and the stencil came from amazon.
I LOVE these! I've always liked upcycling bottles and jars.(Cheap thrills! Ha!)😊😊
Me too, thank you!
Really pretty, love the book ❤
Thank you!
