    I heard this in the 3RD GRADE!!! I used to try breakdancing to this on a wooden bowling alley floor! lol. I had no chance, since I'm white and uncoordinated. Excellent classic track. It will never get old.

    Nothing can match the funk and techno from the early to mid 80's. I was in my early 20's growing up outside of Detroit - the HOME of techno. I was also a dancer on 'The Scene.' Man I love this stuff.

    I want to go back to the 80s so bad, I miss this music, I remember being at the arcade at the mall, & people gathering around just outside the arcade in the mall watching kids take their turn break dancing, & on the floor sat thier awesome big boom box playing jam on it. Awesome days man, awesome days.

    I showed my 10 yr old this video and he said ¨not fair you guys had fun music¨ and I agree. We had some great music. We had a little bit of everything. Different style for everyone. I love old hip hop. It just sounds good. The good old days.

    OH MY GOODNESS. I played varsity softball in highschool back in the 80's and we would all be on the bus traveling for an away game and someone would always have a boombox on the bus and we would have this and Roxanne Roxanne jamming. Everyone would be dancing and having a good ol' time.

  • @eab84
    @eab84 16 ปีที่แล้ว

    FRESSHHHHH! Old school electro gives you bionic powers. It's obvious why quite a few kids the WORLD over still want to learn how to bboy; decades and decades and something is still yet to outbattle this acrobatic danceform born from streetkids that were compelled to create by the music from this period. The goosebumps, the nostalgia, when I hear the anthems from back in the day; it feels like a former life that I wish I could relive. Peace.

    Name a good DJ who doesn't have this track somewhere in his collection. I dare you.
    I remember my friends and I carrying our ghetto blasters down the street to this song. Give us some cardboard or a basement with a slick floor and we were set for hours.
    We didn't have the internet, PS3, or HDTV, but we never had to worry as much about home invasions, carjackings, and drive-by shootings. A simpler time but a much BETTER time.
    Damn, I miss the '80s......

    I love this song i remember when it first came out, the radio station played it often and I miss the 80"s only if time could turn back. And as for the young generation they should take a page out of the old school rap music, because the rap music today is not what rap music was originally intended to be.
