I do love a good R&B theory video! I'm going to put everyone on some serious game, rn. III7#9 - I maj 6/9 or III7#9 - i m7(9,11). For example, resolving to any given chord, try playing a dominant7 sharp 9 chord that is a major 3rd up from your target chord (F#7#9 resolving to Dmaj7 or Dm7....E7#9 resolving to Cmaj7 or Cm7). I'd use this cadence if I'm going from IV - I; keeping in mind the IV and/or the I can be either major or minor. Super sick R&B cadence! Have fun!!!!
