Same question arises for me, I've around 400 shards and can get any one of them only! Also it's difficult to predict Chelsea and utd perfomance too.
Go for Lampard, chelsea has midfielder like Palmer it will be easy to get 5 G/A for him so Lampard will definitely get an upgrade.
