    I really enjoyed that! My problem with meditation is that i'm always thinking about how i'm doing it, and so many other random thoughts popping into my head as well, so i guess im just trying to observe these thoughts now rather then forcefully push them out and hopefully they'll just pass

      Yes, meditation is definitely a "practice" that is related to how much time we put into it. Some people have a very busy mind, and others are "lucky" to have a quieter mind. The more you practice the better it will get. You don't have to "stop" your thoughts, you can just gently notice them and let them be. Similar to hearing music in the background, it's there but you are not attached to it.
      You can also try qigong practice which is like a moving meditation. Having a little bit of movement while meditating is great for people who have busy minds. Here are a few different routines: th-cam.com/play/PL8Mfl0sybzdLI5mCYxsRV20Zomn_3G1Rq.html

    calmed me down, although I did expected more guidance. Didn't enjoy much the song either. But overall, nice experience.
