W-oo-oow.Where is this? High hoods/nose are actually still being used.? Look freaky..awesome sound too
I believe this is central america. Brazil if i recall. they also used Boxcars with Roof walks and high ladders still.
@@BNoakville ups not quite.ALCo RSD16 were built in Schenectady for Argentina. Delivered between 1957-59.Compresed air braking system.There's no walking on the roof and hand brakes on the move.Cheers0
