    I understand ..but :)...for me ...everything...but really everything is a reminder of not ( that's my choice) of who I really am...it can be dancing ...being with People..drinking...eating...observing my monkey mind...observing my drama stories...etc...it's all for my a reminder of not..that's why discipline and really being in Dharma is so important for me.. all is good in thé end..i'm already a Buddha ...'thznk you Rinpoche, my teacher
