If you don’t listen to the instructions, you can parachute to a aircraft carrier and you can talk to the captain and then you get a secret tornado outfit
Spy if you go to the storm at perfect parachutes and expect from going to the storm go to the big boat in the ocean and talk to the girl at the top of the stairs talk to her before the plane drives away because if you don’t you have to do it again and the polite will say “you didn’t do it in time we gotta retreat” and that’s it (that’s how you get the tornado outfit)
