'why do you hang out with the people you hang around? You are set apart!' That meant nothing at 12 trying to fit in. But now... different perspective
Since I didn't have any men in my life as I grew up, this was so needed and necessary! Learning things now in my 30s that I wish I had growing up is sad but I'm thankful to get it at all. Thanks for sharing these great men with us Kierra!

I love my dad's family, but I have to say, this caliber of men I have on my Mom's side mostly. Distinguish, gentlemen who know & love the Lord & I'm grateful for that. Thankfully (although they are in Heaven now), I also has a mother & Grandmother who raised me & I would sit down at their feet and get sage, Godly advice. The Lord is AWESOME! The best life advice I’ve been given has to do with healing. It was a lesson that what God doesn’t heal on Earth, will be healed in Heaven. That helped my perspective when it comes to Christians suffering from illnesses during so much of their lives.
