I hate how nobody understood the concept of Chris' question of who they think could be the Bengals of last year. The Bengals were projected to be absolute crap last year, therefore ranked 30 in the NFL's power rankings right before the season started; yet, they made the super bowl. Instead, they start playing safe and naming stacked teams that are already projected to be good this season, not the bottom feeders of the rankings to come out of no where. If there is a team this year that could be the Bengals of last year, I would pick the Jaguars. A lot of people are still ranking them to be in the bottom of the standings, but Trevor Lawerence looked super good in the preseason and he has a lot of talent around him. Their biggest weakness to overcome will be their secondary, but their pass rush can help mask that somewhat.

Enough said. Oh and for others who say they were lucky, well they were 15-1 the season before and they became the first six seed to beat the top 3 seeds in their conference and beat the top seed in the opposing conference to win one for the thumb.
