Back in 2013-14 there were many project with 20-80 scheme, it should have sounded alarms back then itself in minds of us buyers, that this was a tell tell sign of the sector being cash strapped. The CFO admits the current financial markets have stifled their funds and also new rera act has put more scrutiny over builders. This has made my conviction of staying away from current real estate market stronger and wait for things to normalize.
I had thought mantri is decent/reliable builder. Looks like money got into their head and they are digging their own grave. I remember nandini hotel chains with great brand value. Once they got into bad publicity due to hygiene issue. Once people learned they were fooling the people and now it is virtually, destroyed, not able gain customer confidence
How ignorantly and fake he stands there while everyone else is crying 😞 He is probably only an employee who is equally helpless as everyone else is. The real culprits are in the hiding and getting the best builder awards
We booked two flats in Mantri Webcity in May 2013. We were committed for a possession of 30 Apr 2015. We are in Mar 2019. There is no sign of getting the possession. Mantri Developers are dishonest and lack credibility. I would never recommend Mantri to anyone.
This seems like a habit of Mantri Developers Pvt Ltd because many of their properties have faced similar problems but they claim that the situations were different. Who cares? Result is the same.... Indefinite delay in possession. Quite clear they are misusing people's earnings. You cannot get away with this everytime.
Hi guys, I have booked a plot in Mantri hills.. But just having s look at these videos and comments is frightening... May be demonetisation and RERA put them under real bad position.. Let's hope for the best..

@@ShashankD137 hi, I haven't yet completed registration. As per RERA the max time they would take is 2025. I'm awaiting for registration..
