Just a tip! Since you have a kiddo you are allowed to check car seats and strollers for FREE. You can also gate check both. What I do is put both the car seat and stroller in a BIG car seat and stroller bag (you can find them on amazon or buy buy baby) and pile clothes, shoes, anything I need in both bags. I couldn’t tell how old you little one is but I assume he is in a car seat still, maybe not a stroller. Even if he’s in a booster you can get a big car seat bag and fill it with clothes and put his booster in there. If anyone asks say you need the clothes in there for padding and protection for the car seat/booster. It’s not safe to damage your car seat/booster and then use it! When we went on vacation we flew sprint where they charge for checked bags so we did this! Big stroller bag with a little compact stroller and a lot of clothes in there and also a car seat in another bag with all the rest of our clothes/shoes! LOL! #momhack!
PS- I have been doing this for yearsssssss and nobody has ever looked in my bags and said anything. If you gate check them just take the car seat and stroller out through security and put both bags through the scanner! Then put your car seat and stroller back in the bag. I normally check them as baggage so I don’t have to deal with that, it’s even easier that way.
