FOOKIN BAD ASS.. GREAT STAGE SHOW.. JACK WHITE YOU ARE WHAT DETROIT NEEDS YOU ARE A CLASSIC. A TRUE MUSICAL GENIUS.. OUR MAYOR IS A 💎 GEM.. The FORDS went ALL OUT AGAIN.. THANK YOU DETROIT LIONS DEVASTATE BABY..
A chef I worked with was best friends with his Jack's brother. Once while they were having dinner Bob Dylan came to the house and after they ate they all went for a bike ride !! Like how fucking surreal is that. Huzzah
Daru Jones. Been Jack's drummer since 2012ish. Although in 2018 during the boarding house reach tour it was Carla Azar. Then Daru returned. Although in 2012 Jack toured with two bands. A female one and a male one. So the two drummers if the 2012 blunderbuss tour, were Carla Azar and Daru Jones.
@@officialjohnblueOnly JW would have both a male and female band. That’s so clever and cool. Because JW is about the music and he knows it a different feeling and take with each band. Rock on Jack! JW almost single-handedly has saved Rock from extinction. And he made the only live to Lp recording studio in America and prints and sells Vinyl records from his Third Man Records store in Nashville, Detroit and London. He’s a brilliant businessman as well as a genius musician. Rocks Savior basically after Cobain’s untimely death. He and Meg White kept Rock alive during the 2000’s. And now he does this incredible homecoming gig in Detroit. He’s a Resonisense man.
@@dynjarren7523 I agree with every word you just said. He's a genius and I don't get all the hate he gets. People say he's not a great guitarist. Well he is. He just doesn't show it often.
Second song is Hear My Train A Comin'.
How do so many people not know this!?
Good lord I love Jack White
So proud of my city for this! ❤
Detroit is the HEARTBEAT of AMERICA.
he should do the superbowl would be amazing
A true original....Jack's always honouring the past, but always boldly looking forward. If there's a future of rock, Jack White is part of it.
Well said

Let's get the Hotel Yorba right across the street from here fixed next.
Yes🤩
The Yorba is not across the street
The drone footage is off the hook! Great shots of our great city!
Sounds fresh. You put your heart into a song and a city and the result is this good.
Detroit knows how to put on a PARTY for the masses.
