Extol Industrial Heat Gun Fan | Digital Temperature Control | Disassembly TearDown Taking Apart

Welcome.
In this video I am disassembling this Extol Industrial 2000W Heat Gun that has digital temperature control.
I've bought this Heat Gun few years ago around 60$ and I've been using it since then as a hobbyist. The tool comes with different attachments for plumbing and for scraping paint. Also you can use this tool for electronics. You can desolder smd, you can reflow graphic cards etc.
While I was disassembling it I was surprised that the heating core had good isolation, better than the other cheap heat guns that have only paper isolation (Mica Paper).
Important !!! :
Every heat gun after using it, either for short time or longer time u should cool it down with the lowest temperature setting for 30seconds to 1 minute.
The Cheaper Heat Guns that have only 2 setting temperaure controls, 1st around 350°C and 2nd around 550°C you need to find another way to cool it down, 350°C its very hot and the tool can be a fire hazard.
