When my son worked for Disney he worked on the original fireworks show on the ship when Disney first started sailing. He was the youngest licensed fireworks specialist in Florida. He now owns his own fireworks company and designs shows for Sea World, Universal, Daytona 500 and many more.
You guys are so entertaining! Going hiking in flip-flops! The topography of that island is stunning. For those who don't like insects, use some spray-on insect repellent. It works well.
I look forward to your videos each week! No vacations for us this year, not with new baby due in a few weeks. Looked into a disney cruise for next year for shots and giggles and was floored by the price. For now I will live vicariously through you two! Looks like a great trip so far!

we just came off the breakaway on may15th. fantastic eastern caribean cruise. Tortola was our favorite port. we did the ncl island tour and we loved our tour guide. after the cruise we did stay at the wydman garden airport hotel that you had recommended in miami. we loved it. nice big rooms, great restaurant upstairs and free shuttle to the airport.

Next time you're in Tortola, simply head to the other side of the island to Cane Garden Bay. You'll find the perfect Caribbean beach, the Caribbean's oldest continuously operating rum distillery, a few bars and restaurants, and not much else. Completely accessible - no hiking required. The only mandatory cost is the open-air taxi ride to and from the bay.
I'm going on the Disney Dream in November for the TCM Classic Cruise. SO much fun, with all the TCM folks there. And you never know which movie stars and other celebrities will be there.
