Every special atack can be doubled if you have different connection with another player, double riposte at bosses work pretty well that way
That is probably my favorite chase moment so far for sure!

Fun fact. The kick madalion also boosts roars that include kicks such as the axe of godfrey. This includes the stomp slash R2 from the buff.
Fun fact, the two hand talisman does not buff the damage of the special R2 on Axe of Godfrey. It's probably a bug since it buffs other roars special R2s.

the SWAGGER on that phantom at 9:09 gets me every time. He just casually walks by a colossal heavy swing and then doesn't even try to backstab. I get he probably didn't realize you were an invader, but that's hilarious.

Honestly I have to thank Chase and Lost for bringing to my attention the drip of the Unaltered Banished Knigth Armor. That thing is so pretty
It is very pretty, but if I’m not mistaken this is the scaled armor without cape.

@@DTGeorgecastle sol boss room grace allows you to shoot a bow at one of the banished knights wearing the set allowing for the easiest farming method if you don’t already have it yourself btw
Can I also bring up the altered Blaidd armour. It looks really nice, I just wish there was a bit more on the back.

You know what would do some crazy damage? If you combined this roar build with an arcane bleed Greatsword build. You can do it at 165 on a Hero if you go 31 str, 60 arcane. You need a big investment into endurance to use heavy enough armor to hit the good poise breakpoints without Bullgoat talisman, but it’s worth it to use the LoB exultation instead. But what’s the cherry on top, I hear you asking?

I’ve decided sacred bloody flesh is gonna be my thing for Chase’s comment section. Everyone’s got a thing, Wizard counter person has got a thing, gravity kill count guy has got a thing, the Nanaya’s torch degenerates have a thing. Sacred bloody flesh is my thing now.

Ive been a lurker here for a while, but this build got me into pvp. I'm a cooperator, but invaders are a common occurance and this has actually helped tremendously with my duels to protect the host. Its been a while since I've even enjoyed pvp like this lol, so thanks Chase :) even if we are on opposite sides

I recently did a run with an Arcane + Faith dragon caster build with the roar medallion always on and jesus the damage returns were insane

This build from chase convinces me that *nobody* has enough hp. There doesn't seem to *be* enough HP available in Elden Ring when Chase is stacking buffs on Colossal weapons.
I hope you will revisit the Crucible Knight invasions now that we have more stuff from the DLC. Love your videos
I like how in one of the fights in a cave, the phantom just looks at chase while he swaps armor and such to heal and just goes "oh no, it's Him." and bro just stands there

I think twinblades with braggarts are my favourite for this build.
The reach is hilarious.
I’ve been playing around with the great beyond staff, alternating launcher and AoE spells.
Flame of the Fell God > Crucible Horns > Multilayered Rings > Carian piercer is my current favourite.
Extra points for including the Hornsent Bairn tool.
Any weapon with flame skewer in the main hand for the launcher and follow up too.

Hey roar medallion, perfect on a roar build and a DRAGON BUILD??
Braggort's Roar has been ole reliable for me. It was the sole AoW that made me truly fall in love with the gugs. So many of my first invasions were so focused on setting up trades. It felt so good to land that combo. Really need to return back to it now that we have a new toy to buff it further. Me may have the drip inspector, now meet the vigor inspector.
Theory: You couldn’t tank the heavy spear jump attack since u had saint trinas flower on, meaning with the extra pierce damaged it just barely blew past your hyper armor. Idk tho I’m kinda silly

One of my all time FAVORITE builds was a Roar setup with the Pike lol. I would play like an annoying mid range zoner and anytime someone got frustrated and tried to force their way in I could just drop a super boosted R2 on them lmao.
Blasphemous blade, moon veil, and the Elden fish sword, insane combo, might have to cop

Great video! Would LOVE to see a build like this with the anchor (since greataxes have the BEST R2 multiplier ) with the axe talisman and the spear talisman. Bet u can oneshot almost everybody.

You gotta try the bear roar incantation. That thing is nutty strong when you build for it. Rock throws combo to roar and usually one shots

If you can stomach the complete lack of range, the Rusted Anchor is one of the BEST weapons possibly in the whole game for damage alone. With the roar build at 56 str I was dropping 3000dmg heavies up to 5k with the spear talisman if I counterattacked. It's bonkers level busted but the range is absolutely abysmal.

You should try seamless co op invasions. The netcode and latency is leagues better.
Weird question, can you do a video on how to make or prepare a pvp character? I see all sorts of pve character preps and hardly any pvp characters
I would like to see you make a build centered around the bear roar, with the latest buffs it really does a ton of damage, build is double incantation damage talisman together with the roar talisman and the charged spell talisman, max faith with the best faith scaling seal for your SL, bear helmet and the highlander axe that boosts roars with endure, because the spell does not have hyper armor sadly, if enemies aggress you and you run and turn a corner and do a full roar you can one shot a whole team.
I really liked this build with the anchor and spear talisman for a trading one shot build!

I kinda wanna see what you'd be able to do with the Troll's Roar AoW, its AoE shockwave when you use it has a surprising amount of damage and range.
The only thing throttling roar buffs is people not doing dung eater questline or killing Bogart for his roar.
