I never share this story because I'm not a bad ass but I had a so called friend after a night of hanging out the guy was trunk being the same way Jeremy was but this dude actually put his hands on me and I yoked him up and had I'm in a front head lock because he attacked me we fell in his garage the side of his head hit the floor and split like a watermelon it was the most disgusting sound I ever heard. They had to life flight him from a Publix parking lot after transporting him in the ambulance out of our neighborhood. He was in a coma for 2 days it was him and me in the garage my family was asleep and his family was asleep. It was my word against his. his family saw him in a coma saw the 8 inch scare on his head and hates me even though his wife told him to stop your being a D . The only reason I knew he was not going to die was I knew a nurse that worked in the hospital he was in and saw what the situation was. I sat in my house for a week after the detective questioned me and it was only because the guy actually told the truth on what happened is why I didn't go to jail. If the man would have died I would still be in prison. So no do not fight one another you both just need to just drop it or be keyboard warriors because nobody gets hurt that way or potentially dies. Guapo it's not TH-cam it's the way this world is and it's sad. Do not fight Jeremy Even if he puts his hands on you.
Lynette served Jeremy at city hall meeting. She's suing him for harassmentband using her likeness in thumbnails without permission and lying about Harley and other things. Jeremy didn't look happy but when I saw that video, I was. I hope she takes him to the cleaners and gets a huge financial compensation out of him.

I think it was John that was cleaning the property, If it was he looked different, hope his stint in jail turned him around .If only they got that place sorted and turned everything around !! JHs analytics prove he's lying. I researched it. He made a lot on the Marilyn Raby debacle, less on normal storage videos, so he needed a new drama debacle and the town council and Lynette were the perfect candidates. My researched varied on the youtube monthly income from $100,000-$140,000 per month. Then there's monthly membership fees, and super chats and live auctions/claim it set prices on Sundays. That's JUST youtube generated income, not counting his real estate or ebay business and a bunch of his superfans are on a fixed income and sending him their money because they actually believe him when he says he's hurting for money. Mind-blowing.
Please file for a protective order. The video of the auction shows very clearly that Jeremy is the aggressor. A protective order will keep him away from you.

I rewatched that video yesterday and he says, "I'll give you $100,000 right now for you to walk away, even though you've already sold about $50,000 worth of stuff out of here" like he was doing Guapo a favor or something 😆 He didn't fall for it, though, and Jeremy was pissed. DIRT IS WORTH MONEY. If it is gardening soil. I pay $10 for 2 cubic feet of potting soil. It could be good potting soil you can sell. If it is in totes, I plant all my tomatoes in totes. You can get a cheap PH tester. It could be peat too. Maybe you can give it away rather than dumping it to someone who wants to garden but can't afford it.

Andrew, I want you to stop and think about what he has been enduring previous to Kay working with him. Put yourself in his shoes. Also, way back before you came around he addressed that his kids wouldn’t be apart of his online community for their safety. That’s why he doesn’t have them on here. His previous videos before George were about his kids and camping. I have been watching since then. But I also am a human behavior specialist and I really want you to put yourself in this situation below then tell me you would be at your best. The whole thing with those crazy stalkers: moving across the street to try and make money off you, lying to people stating you will give multiple family members jobs, trying to call dibs on things in your storage units via text after watching your TH-cam video, when you finally have enough of the begging you set boundaries that aren’t respected, they automatically feel like you have destroyed your dream of getting rich so they release yours, your child’s and ex wife’s information for their followers to harass or put in danger, they start an online campaign against you because you finally release your side of things after stay quiet for a year, then you start getting threats and notified by the Sheriffs office that a hit man has been commissioned to kill you, them they start shooting at a vehicle that looked like your girlfriend’s, once you get an OP it’s not enforced, but the illegal temp OP against you won’t allow to travel to parts of your own property or drive on your own road, you become paranoid about hiring new people that you don’t know so your gf suggests Kay, she offers to take a pay cut because she wants to stay in Otter Creek due to health issues with the weather in Ohio being bipolar, you have people constantly calling, contacting you and emailing you about a baby in horrible living conditions, and on top of it your required to run a business, maintain healthy relationships with family and friends, and to top it off one of the people you trusted, loved and took under your wing starts accusing you of sleeping with his ex. Then says a bunch of other stuff out of Anger and hurt feelings when you’re barely holding on to your day-to-day life. Hoping that your friend will understand that what you did wasn’t to hurt him, but he didn’t know who else to trust. Because the circle of people that you trust has become very small at this point due to the people who stocked you and their followers. it is traumatic and overbearing and at times when any person is put through that much stress, they will not act themselves and they are on the verge of emotional or mental breakdown. They will act outside of their normal behavior and be more emotionally driven and I think if you had endured the same as he had, you would probably not handle it well either. Ask Christian, we’re not meant to judge others or to belittle and degrade others in a moment of weakness. However, if a pattern continues of the same behavior over and over again, that’s when it’s time to call somebody out. And everybody can sit and judge jeremy for his behavior at the auction, but I think Andrew you knew you were pushing his buttons by saying the things you’ve said prior to that auction. I think you were trying to hurt him as bad as you were hurting even if you didn’t mean it. I honestly feel like you’re a good guy, but it’s some point you have got to decide to put yourself in somebody else’s shoes and ask how you would want to be treated if you were at your worst and needed help.. Sometimes we have to give Grace and be more understanding. I hope this allows you to see it from a different perspective and I know there’s more behind-the-scenes stuff that they have not released that they are enduring that you probably don’t even know so you may want to also think about that. we all endure things and handle things differently and if we were all judged by our worst behavior during a traumatic time for us, I think we would all be ridiculed and belittled on this app. Prayers, love and God Bless

There're also indications that he may have had an agreement with LP before she moved onto the property so her expectations were not what he portrays. If in her shoes, how would you feel, if true, that someone offered you this exceptional opportunity but, once you uproot your life to fulfill that, it's taken from you because you're not so likable in person and hard to deal with? No one really knows what the true story really is, but the LAST THING JH SHOULD'VE DONE WAS MAKE AN ENEMY OUT OF HIS ONLY TRUE FRIEND, ANDREW, THAT WANTED NOTHING FROM HIM BUT HIS FRIENDSHIP.
This is such a good comment - and I agree - Andrew has continued to bring up Jeremy continuously. If anyone else had gone through what J. and G. has gone through - for as long as they did before bringing it to light - they should question how they would feel. NO ONE should be telling any ex who they can work for. Guapo please listen to me you two fighting is not good for anyone. I never share this story because I'm not a bad ass but I had a so called friend after a night of hanging out the guy was trunk being the same way Jeremy was but this dude actually put his hands on me and I yoked him up and had I'm in a front head lock because he attacked me we fell in his garage the side of his head hit the floor and split like a watermelon it was the most disgusting sound I ever heard. They had to life flight him from a Publix parking lot after transporting him in the ambulance out of our neighborhood. He was in a coma for 2 days it was him and me in the garage my family was asleep and his family was asleep. It was my word against his. his family saw him in a coma saw the 8 inch scare on his head and hates me even though his wife told him to stop your being a D . The only reason I knew he was not going to die was I knew a nurse that worked in the hospital he was in and saw what the situation was. I sat in my house for a week after the detective questioned me and it was only because the guy actually told the truth on what happened is why I didn't go to jail. If the man would have died I would still be in prison. So no do not fight one another you both just need to just drop it or be keyboard warriors because nobody gets hurt that way or potentially dies. Guapo it's not TH-cam it's the way this world is and it's sad. Do not fight Jeremy Even if he puts his hands on you.
Lynette served Jeremy at city hall meeting. She's suing him for harassmentband using her likeness in thumbnails without permission and lying about Harley and other things. Jeremy didn't look happy but when I saw that video, I was. I hope she takes him to the cleaners and gets a huge financial compensation out of him.

JHs analytics prove he's lying. I researched it. He made a lot on the Marilyn Raby debacle, less on normal storage videos, so he needed a new drama debacle and the town council and Lynette were the perfect candidates. My researched varied on the youtube monthly income from $100,000-$140,000 per month. Then there's monthly membership fees, and super chats and live auctions/claim it set prices on Sundays. That's JUST youtube generated income, not counting his real estate or ebay business and a bunch of his superfans are on a fixed income and sending him their money because they actually believe him when he says he's hurting for money. Mind-blowing.
Please file for a protective order. The video of the auction shows very clearly that Jeremy is the aggressor. A protective order will keep him away from you.

Andrew, I want you to stop and think about what he has been enduring previous to Kay working with him. Put yourself in his shoes. Also, way back before you came around he addressed that his kids wouldn’t be apart of his online community for their safety. That’s why he doesn’t have them on here. His previous videos before George were about his kids and camping. I have been watching since then. But I also am a human behavior specialist and I really want you to put yourself in this situation below then tell me you would be at your best. The whole thing with those crazy stalkers: moving across the street to try and make money off you, lying to people stating you will give multiple family members jobs, trying to call dibs on things in your storage units via text after watching your TH-cam video, when you finally have enough of the begging you set boundaries that aren’t respected, they automatically feel like you have destroyed your dream of getting rich so they release yours, your child’s and ex wife’s information for their followers to harass or put in danger, they start an online campaign against you because you finally release your side of things after stay quiet for a year, then you start getting threats and notified by the Sheriffs office that a hit man has been commissioned to kill you, them they start shooting at a vehicle that looked like your girlfriend’s, once you get an OP it’s not enforced, but the illegal temp OP against you won’t allow to travel to parts of your own property or drive on your own road, you become paranoid about hiring new people that you don’t know so your gf suggests Kay, she offers to take a pay cut because she wants to stay in Otter Creek due to health issues with the weather in Ohio being bipolar, you have people constantly calling, contacting you and emailing you about a baby in horrible living conditions, and on top of it your required to run a business, maintain healthy relationships with family and friends, and to top it off one of the people you trusted, loved and took under your wing starts accusing you of sleeping with his ex. Then says a bunch of other stuff out of Anger and hurt feelings when you’re barely holding on to your day-to-day life. Hoping that your friend will understand that what you did wasn’t to hurt him, but he didn’t know who else to trust. Because the circle of people that you trust has become very small at this point due to the people who stocked you and their followers. it is traumatic and overbearing and at times when any person is put through that much stress, they will not act themselves and they are on the verge of emotional or mental breakdown. They will act outside of their normal behavior and be more emotionally driven and I think if you had endured the same as he had, you would probably not handle it well either. Ask Christian, we’re not meant to judge others or to belittle and degrade others in a moment of weakness. However, if a pattern continues of the same behavior over and over again, that’s when it’s time to call somebody out. And everybody can sit and judge jeremy for his behavior at the auction, but I think Andrew you knew you were pushing his buttons by saying the things you’ve said prior to that auction. I think you were trying to hurt him as bad as you were hurting even if you didn’t mean it. I honestly feel like you’re a good guy, but it’s some point you have got to decide to put yourself in somebody else’s shoes and ask how you would want to be treated if you were at your worst and needed help.. Sometimes we have to give Grace and be more understanding. I hope this allows you to see it from a different perspective and I know there’s more behind-the-scenes stuff that they have not released that they are enduring that you probably don’t even know so you may want to also think about that. we all endure things and handle things differently and if we were all judged by our worst behavior during a traumatic time for us, I think we would all be ridiculed and belittled on this app. Prayers, love and God Bless

I truly did not want to believe the things I found just on Google. Then I looked up the analytics of his channel on numerous sites. He makes from $100,000-$140,000 MONTHLY from views, then add memberships, superchats, and cash sent in the mail. He has numerous rental properties and more. He has millions in assets, but he's portraying that he's hurting for income because of a court case. Not true. His analytics also show dated views that indicate that the Marilyn Raby debacle was very profitable, storage videos not as much, so he needed another drama and the town council and Lynette were perfect candidates, then it skyrocketed. There're also indications that he may have had an agreement with LP before she moved onto the property so her expectations were not what he portrays. If in her shoes, how would you feel, if true, that someone offered you this exceptional opportunity but, once you uproot your life to fulfill that, it's taken from you because you're not so likable in person and hard to deal with? No one really knows what the true story really is, but the LAST THING JH SHOULD'VE DONE WAS MAKE AN ENEMY OUT OF HIS ONLY TRUE FRIEND, ANDREW, THAT WANTED NOTHING FROM HIM BUT HIS FRIENDSHIP.
This is such a good comment - and I agree - Andrew has continued to bring up Jeremy continuously. If anyone else had gone through what J. and G. has gone through - for as long as they did before bringing it to light - they should question how they would feel. NO ONE should be telling any ex who they can work for. A certain channel has taken up Andrew's "fight" and anyone who has ever had an issue with Jeremy is supposedly jumping on the ship to do the same. If anyone who took the time to actually watch the videos of what the veteran went through and the videos two people took on there - how can any one of them think it is ok to leave a little 5 year child in that situation. If Jeremy was the only one reporting - (there are others) - it would be different - but the horrid situation that child is in has been reported on by many! Now Andrew and others are attacking Willis (Travis) , Therese and Brett (Madame Mayor), Deanna - it is all so wrong that it has to come to this. These clips Andrew and others are talking about are 20 seconds out of a whole pod cast - yet Andrew and others are making it seem Jeremy is out of control (shot? no it was not physically shot - come after people? so many people are sitting behind their computers egging on Andrew!) Just at about 26 minutes - he wants THUMBS up or he is going off his live - he says this often - yet he is not faking it? I am of the age - that if I had issues with a friend it was kept quiet and confidential and if it could not be worked out - we moved on from the friendship!) . Anyways - I do not normally comment - but thought you clearly set out what is going on - and Andrew should really just drop it!

None of us are perfect and we deal with things in different ways , And still if I was J I would recognise that he has gone to far !! He needs to stop and look who is friends are also , Guapo lost his granddad not long back , And loss makes you lose your way , depending on what part that person played in your life !! Guapo has already said , he grew up with a single parent so his grandfather was a king pin to him !! J uses his power and money and goes way to far !! The situation with Guapo's x girlfriend, I do not know what the situation was , Nor does anyone!! That's between them it's personal! But I understand how Guapo feels having lost a few people in my life this year including my dad and two friends and now my best friend has acute lukiemia..Loss affects us losing the structure around your life , I went through this 20 years ago , when the same happened then , loosing my brother at 42 and my mum ..!! So equally J is going through his stuff and openly said , He did not know how to get him out of his life , because he said , Guapo was a D dealer and had been to prison!! as they say , it takes two to tango !! j's neighbours we do not know fully what went on behind the scenes, But clearly she was looking for something, She has bipolar, So not easy to deal with someone like that !! She has issues !! I have seen it when he has shown cutting people off !! I think this went back from the horder house when Guapo brought it , I have watched over time how J has changed!! If I was him , As it's affecting him badly he should sell the Florida home , Maybe keep some of the land for development and keep the school house , Stay there instead ,Then he does not have to , go by his neighbours house .. Did you know that J and G and everyone dropped everything and went and helped Andrew when there was a fire in his garage. Other channels - people who sit behind their computers - I call keyboard warriors - are now attacking J and G and other innocent people in Jeremy's life - friends in Otter Creek who know ONLY TOO well the situation of the neighbours. Some of those people know nothing of what J & G are going through there. Why should J & G sell the property they found first and love - because a couple across the street moved after and wanted money from them? They kept quiet about that for a long time. That situation is different from what happened between Andrew and J. - which should have been kept private but Andrew released the first video and now about 6-7 more - sadly Andrew has kept it going and going with every video he posts. I pray both sides can come to an agreement and let this all go. Our world is crazy enough!

I have not felt good about Jeremy for along time, I began to notice some things he said to George and how he would act toward her and this thing with Michelle and Otter Creek really turned me off! He has turned that little town upside down, really not a good look for such a Christian man. He wants everything his way or not at all….
