Very cool. Yeah I need to get my review on this one out soon. I love it a lot. I think they're bringing me back to out the side autos. Really well done. Thanks
Not a bad looking knife, but I am not an auto kind of guy. It looks like it would be easy to carry. Thanks for the look, brother! I hope you, Nellie and the family had a good Thanksgiving and have a great week.
This one really flew under the radar with the Kershaw drop and I've been so excited to see some hands on reviews! Definitely going to be my next launch
Awesome! I have the older (not bigger) brother of this one, the 11! Mine's very snappy, too. Being in WA I can't (or at least shouldn't 😉) carry it around town, but I love using it around the house! It's a perfect small carry knife for average tasks. Try loosening the pivot and/or body screws just a tad on your 6. The spring definitely could be a bit worn, especially if it's an original, but it should still be pretty snappy! I have a Launch 1 and the original spring in it was pretty dang snappy until I replaced it just to see if it would change anything and it really didn't change much. It has a bit more tension to keep the knife biased toward opening when I disengage the lock so that it doesn't just rest there open when I pull the blade down a touch. I think that was an issue on older model Launch's. Good stuff JB!
The Launch 18 is a great looking knife, the 1 and 6 was my favorite out of the series. The 11 was nice and the 9 was sweet for a small auto. In VA they passed the law allowing auto knife carry, and I still haven't decided which one I want. Thanks for sharing BigRed be safe.
I like the similarities to the new ZT! Of course, I'd reaaaaally love to have them bring back some US made manual folders but maybe the auto mechanism smooths over some tolerance and tuning issues that a purely manual knife would need to take into account. That was the speedsafe conspiracy theory anyway. But at the end of the day, good knives cut and this is a slicing beauty!
For somebody who wants to get into autos but can't afford something in the tier of Pro-Tech or Benchmade, and for an auto that's USA made, $130ish isn't a bad price price at all!
If Canada would pull their head out of their butts we would absolutely sell a few million of these beauts! Thanks a bunch for sharing this one with us Mr.JB! Hope your week is truly blessed with awesomeness and abundance! Cheers, Kimmers and Jerbs #BEUP #DSKFS #neverquitquitting #22ADay #22ADaynomore 👍🏻🇺🇸🔥🔪🔥🇨🇦👍🏻

Yeah...I kinda missed it coming out as well!!
Love your videos- and in your lives you show everybody respect. That is not always true in other lives.
I try hard to do just that Kathleen!
Hopefully Johnny's surgery went well❤❤❤
Thanks Mike! He is supposed to be back today! Sounds like he is doing well
It does look good asthetically
I think it does!!
Cool piece! Cheers, buddy!
Thank you kindly David
What i would do for the entire Launch collection! The 18 could be the perfect edc auto! My only gripe is the non-recessed clip and screws
That would be a cool collection!

Thanks so much for watching my friend! I did try the pivot on the 6. The spring just isn't as strong!
@@BigRedEDC bummer! Just ask Kershaw for a new one, they'll send for free 😎
Looks like a winner 🇺🇸
I'm digging it for sure!

I like it. Reminds me of an auto Civivi Altus

The hard opening Launches are my least favorite. I like the softer and quieter opening models.
Right on!
Very nice one but banned here😔
Right on Daniel!
Was $120 an intro price. They are $221
@@eriknash8783 maybe I meant $220
pretty Shnappy
Yes it is!!!
Living in California can suck sometimes
Same here Rusty!!
Am I the only one who says “Kershaw!” when deploying a knife?
Lol....could be!!!
Could have a safety
Right on
I do prefer the out the side auto. I will not buy an OTF. Swore off button locks and loose women in 2023 😂✌🏼🤙🏼 #dskfs
LOL...I do prefer OTS as well!
I had a Launch one & it was a great! I really digging that one JB!
