Spindle and blade replacement - 54” Cub Cadet Ultima ZT1

Just a homeowner figuring things out and helping others. Comments from first video were so kind I put together another video when my right side spindle was loud and getting louder. I probably kept my original blades way too long and caused this issue. Impact driver makes this MUCH simpler and highly recommend. Loud noise is gone, new blades hum nicely, and first try grass cutting was excellent.

Great instructional video! The shaft on 2 of my spindles stripped and the nuts can't catch the thread. Ended up damaging the nuts by forcing them with an impact drill. Had to order 3 new spindles with the star shaped pattern which was a big plus cause the original ones were S shaped pattern which are expensive and sold by cub cadet only. The new spindles didn't come with nuts but after seeing you remove the pulley, it dawned on me that I can reuse the nuts from the old spindles holding the pulley!
