I am glad you said this because I'm sure a lot of people want a step-by-step tutorial or routine they can just follow and finally love themselves through. But it's a personal journey with a lot of self-doubt and A LOT of trial and error. But we eventually find our purpose.

@@Antman243Don’t worry, you can. No matter what it is you want to pursue, you can. You just have to tune into you. Why do you actually want what you want? Who are you doing this for? Who do you want to impact? These are the questions you have to truthfully ask yourself before you take the first step. But most importantly, be real with yourself. Be 100% real. Don’t hesitate with telling yourself what you want to do and how you’re going to go about changing your life. Either way, I’m praying for you love ❤

i love the idea of newfound motivation not always being attributed to some magnificent catalyst. sometimes it’s just very simple and nothing more. i can get caught up in *how* and *when* motivation hits for it to have the most effective impact on me, but as long as it simply reaches me, it doesn’t truly matter how ordinary. not sure if u meant to deliver that but that stood out to me & i needed the reminder ❤️
No you’re absolutely right. Motivation and drive is a choice. There doesn’t have to be some life altering thing that happens to you. Sometimes you just get fed up. In my life, my drive has come from my horrible experiences but the actual decision for me to be motivated and change who I am? It’s spontaneous and then I maintain that drive throughout so yeah, you hit it right on the head, and I’m glad I could give you this reminder 🩷
