बेस्ट वॉटरप्रूफिंग करने के 5 टॉप सीक्रेट क्या है?
छत पर जहां भी छोटी मोटी दरारें दिखती हे उसे हैंड ग्राइंडर मशीन या छीनी हथोड़े से V कट जैसे खोल दो.
जहा वॉटरप्रूफिंग करना है वहां पुरी सतह को पानी से सफाई करके थोड़ी देर सूखने दो.
प्रथम चरन :जहा पर सीमेंट की पपड़ी या दरारें हो वहांका सीमेंट निकल के सफाई करे। हो सके तो ग्राइन्डर मशीन का उपयोग करके दरारों को V शेप में खुला करे. (ग्राइन्डर मशीन इलेक्ट्रिक की दुकानतथा वायरिंग करने वाले से भाड़े पर भी मिल जाएगा )
दूसरा चरन : 1part Waterseal Psv + 2 पार्ट शुद्ध पानी + 1part वाइट सीमेन्ट मिक्स करके पुरे छत पर झाड़ू से फैलाने पर छत पर बानी सभी छोटी -मोटी दरारें जहा से पानी जा था वह भर जाएगी.
तीसरा चरन :1part Waterseal Psv + 1part वाइट सीमेन्ट का घोल तैयार करके सभी बड़ी दरारों में भरे. ऊपर से कम्प्लीट सील करने के लिए FRP-MAT लगाए,यह वीडियो को ध्यान लगा के एन्ड तक देखें
चौथा चरन : 1part Waterseal Psv +1 पार्ट शुद्ध पानी + 1part वाइट सीमेन्ट मिक्स करके पुरे छत पर 4 " के पेंट ब्रश से पूरी सतह पर दो बार कोटिंग करे.
हर कोटिंग को सूखने में १ घंटे का समय लगता है. यह वीडियो को ध्यान लगा के एन्ड तक देखें।

Can this be done on the side walls? I just booked my very first property -3BHK on the top most floor-9th floor. We suddenly saw water seepage in corners initially but now water seepage in a lot of other places. This flat has exposed L shape exterior which shows rain water seeping watermarks.
