I like the placement of the kitchen hid from the living area. Nicer to put a small counter tap in the kitchen. I'd prefer 2 bathrooms, one in the masters with a small walk-in closet maybe and the other one is common T&B in the middle of 2 bedrooms maybe.? Bedroom 2 will be a little smaller than the master bedroom. porch, carport, and laundry area to retain..please
