B/w normal cpwd contractor and a cpwd contractor who has BE degree. Because i am going to register in cpwd. Hopefully you will give reply soom
There is not any special difference in normal licence and degree holders' licence. Only thing is requirement of documents. In case of B. E. you need less documents as of normal licence.
