There are many things that the apostles preached again and again for clarity and understanding. For example, the church had been told how to carry out the Lord's supper but they were not doing it. The apostles were constantly reminding the people that these are things that we preached unto you already, but we r preaching them to you again. Also, the message of one church needs to be preached to the church, maybe not to the denominational world so much, because you have those who would make the Lord's church one of them.
