    Please find the recipe-
    Sambar
    Ingredients:
    1 big bowl arhar Dal.
    1 small bowl carrots, beans, round guard,drum sticks.
    1 -3 long cut green chillies.
    Soaked Imly.
    2 fine cut tomatoes.
    Salt and pepper, to taste
    Fresh basil, chopped.
    Home cooked sambhar masala , Hing powder & rai.
    Directions :
    1. Take Arhar dal soaked in water for 1-2 hours & then boil it until fine cooked.
    2. On the other hand, Please cut all vegetables in plate or bowl.
    3. Take food pan , put 2 tablespoon oil & then put rai along with hing powder.
    4. Put all veggies together along with two green chillies.
    5. Saute well till veggies become cooked.
    6. Add Imly with water & stir well.
    7. Add Salt to taste , Turmeric & Sambar powder.
    8. Finally Add boiled dal/lentil & stir for 10 minutes.
    9. Sambhar is ready to eat.
    Dal Vada-
    Ingredients:
    1 Big bowl Arhar Dal & Chana Dal mixed together.
    1 Big bowl Rice.
    Fine cut onions.
    Coriander & green chillies.
    Salt to taste.
    Directions:
    1. Soak Arhar & Chana Dal along with rice for 2 hours.
    2. Get the mixer jar & put dals & rice in same to grind fine.
    3. Grind the same for 10 minutes until it becomes thicken.
    4. Pour Mixture in bowl.
    5. Add salt to taste ,fine cut onions & green chillies.
    6. Take fry pan , Add oil for frying.
    7. Take batter in hand & slowly put in oil.
    8. Fry until it becomes yellow brown.
    9. Take out in plate & Vada is ready to eat.
    Lemon Rice
    Ingredients:
    Steamed rice.
    Lemon.
    Curry leaves.
    Rai & Hing powder.
    Refined oil.
    Turmeric powder- 2 teaspoon.
    Peanuts/ Cashew nuts.
    Directions:
    1. Take Small fry pan.
    2. Add 1 tablespoon oil.
    3. Add Hing & rai.
    4. Add curry leaves.
    5. Add Steamed rice, Lemon , salt to taste & turmeric powder.
    6. Add cashew nuts.
    7. Stir well.
    8. Lemon rice is ready to eat.
