Yes Pam was a little drunk but girl her ass was engaged this is not something anyone just randomly does for shits and giggles. Worst part is they pretty much retconned this scene cos the scene where they kiss before Jim moves to the other office is treated like their first official kiss. Either way glad Jim and Pam worked out despite the writers dastardly original plan to break them up but damn this scene never being properly addressed really annoyed me.
