I have been chewing khat 20 yrs and now im an ex addict..i havnt chewed 3 yrs..there are ups and downs from chewing Khat, qaa,t mira etc..my advice is dont try to chew excessively..its very addictive leaves..
@@norahk6587 thank..the long term of chewing khat may even cause cancer and permanent physco issues..plzz avoid and do awareness for our kids or youth..stay away that leaves.
