My best friend struggled to get pregnant for a year and during that time I got pregnant and had my son and I also felt like such a jerk for having it so easy when she had to try so hard! I know I’m late commenting but this was super inspiring to watch! My partner and I tried for a year and a half to get pregnant and it was so horrible for us because we couldn’t get tested until we passed the 1 year mark and by that time I was so close to giving up and stopped tracking my periods but we finally managed to conceive and I’m now 15 weeks plus 1 day pregnant. My journey was so hard and it was only half the time so I can’t imagine what it was like to go through. So happy for you all ❤️

I am going through the exact same struggle. We have been trying for 3 years, then they discovered that I had 3 fibroids but the doctors said we had nothing to worry about because the fibroids were in the wall of the uterus not in the uterine cavity and my tubes were open. Anyways 6months ago I went in for an MRI scan and they discovered that 3 of the fibroids had grown to 10cm and there was a fourth one... fast forward to two weeks ago I was scheduled for a laparoscopy myomectomy which at the OR was changed to open myomectomy because one of the fibroids was stock deep into my pelvis. During the surgery, the physican discovered that I had endometrosis wrapped around my tubes and according to her the risk of taking them out outweighs the benefits. So she suggested that after 6 months of recovery, we should schedule an appointment for IVF consultation. Anyways am happy to hear about Ovicell IVF option, this has been the worst 2 weeks of my life.

New to your channel and I am so happy for her. I recently (Friday) had surgery and was diagnosed with endo. My doctor also found way more than she thought it was, my surgery took a little over 3 hours and I had it pretty much everywhere. I also had some cysts. I am praying that we will have no problems trying once I heal. I am so scared and I feel so alone.

All growing up I wanted to be a mom. I had thyroid issues that started in middle school. My cycle was always messed up, but when I turned 30 my cycle really messed up and I was constantly on my period. I had that problem for 5 years. My money situation prevented me from getting it checked out. When I finally did, I found out I had a ton of cysts on my ovaries and uterus. I was given some medicine to try to stop my constant period and encourage my body to remove the cysts on its own. The pills didn't work, so I ended up needing surgery. Just weeks after I turned 37 I had a complete hysterectomy. The doctor had originally planned to do a laporscopic surgery, but at the last minute decided against that. It was a good thing he did because when he removed my uterus he discovered a tumor in my abdomen that he never would have found if he wasn't doing the traditional style hysterectomy. I am 40 now and in menapause. I use a hormone patch made from yams. It has helped with my symptoms.
Kristina I suffer from cysts as well and it took me three years to get pregnant with my second baby. I have horrible periods and I basically hemorrhage every month. They always burst and I have gone to the ER several times due to the pain.
@@iyeidabernal I hemorrhaged several times, but got to the point where I was constantly bleeding. 5 years of constant bleeding was awful. My mother and grandmother had basically the same thing. My mom had to have a hysterectomy at 30.
That’s so sad, I can’t imagine. I have 3 kids and got pregnant less than 4 months with each of them that I would be upset that if I didn’t get pregnant the first month, like I can’t imagine years. I’m glad she’s having her baby! Congrats!

I'm going through the same thing. Unfortunately I have blocked tubes from endo. If you have endo, get excision and not ablation. Excision removes all of the endo. Ablation just burns it off and it grows back quicker. With excision you have longer periods of living with less pain. I'm planning on doing IVF in a few weeks.
I had the same surgery and then the shot and got pregnant with my son immediately after .. same issues but the endo was growing on colon as well .. now I’m ready for baby #2 I don’t want to have another surgery .. but I know your pain !!!
Awww congrats!!!! 🎉💙 thank you for sharing your story, I went thru my own version of infertility and luckily I didn’t have to go thru the IUI or IVF route but I did do medications and that was already rough for us mentally emotionally and financially and didn’t know if it would work. I had 3 miscarriages prior to and we did all the testing and everything came out normal so they couldn’t tel us why we kept miscarrying. So we just decided to go with the first route of hormonal assistance is what they called it and luckily we got pregnant first try and it worked! I now have a beautiful 8 month old boy and another on the way (this time natural). I couldn’t imagine going thru all that you had to but I’m so happy for you that it worked and worked the first time!!!! Congratulations again and when are you due??

I had a question. The only difference between traditional IVF and invocell is that they use your body(inside vagina) instead of labs for incubation. Most doctors perform Icsi (injecting a single sperm in each egg) with invocell
Poor girl, your doctor did ablation surgery. That’s a HUGE NO!!! You need excision surgery, that is the ONLY way to do it right. So many women have these horror stories..should never have needed a second surgery that soon. You need to find a true specialist, unfortunately you doctor is not one. This is a well known in the community, please keep searching!

All came back negative but I had no menstrual cycle. It was so hard because i didnt what was going on.You see everybody pregnant and you get used to going to other people baby shower. It's sad but you get immune to negative pregnancy test. But Thank God the beginning of the year we became pregnant. We are due in October with our daughter. Thank you for sharing your experience. It's not easy for some to get pregnant❤

I'm going through the same thing. Unfortunately I have blocked tubes from endo. If you have endo, get excision and not ablation. Excision removes all of the endo. Ablation just burns it off and it grows back quicker. With excision you have longer periods of living with less pain. I'm planning on doing IVF in a few weeks.
I really appreciate this video! I have stage IV endo as well & my wife and I just went to our 1st fertility appointment last week.
I had the same surgery and then the shot and got pregnant with my son immediately after .. same issues but the endo was growing on colon as well .. now I’m ready for baby #2 I don’t want to have another surgery .. but I know your pain !!!

Awww congrats!!!! 🎉💙 thank you for sharing your story, I went thru my own version of infertility and luckily I didn’t have to go thru the IUI or IVF route but I did do medications and that was already rough for us mentally emotionally and financially and didn’t know if it would work. I had 3 miscarriages prior to and we did all the testing and everything came out normal so they couldn’t tel us why we kept miscarrying. So we just decided to go with the first route of hormonal assistance is what they called it and luckily we got pregnant first try and it worked! I now have a beautiful 8 month old boy and another on the way (this time natural). I couldn’t imagine going thru all that you had to but I’m so happy for you that it worked and worked the first time!!!! Congratulations again and when are you due??

I had a question. I'm gonna ask the specialist when I'm ready and if that's the route we go but my mother did ivf and the medication they put her on caused pre cancerous cells she then got a hysterectomy. So I'm nervous for being open to ivf but at the same time I had an ectopic and a chemical. First one being life threatening. So I've been able to get pregnant however staying and implantation has not been successful. Idk if fertility specialist is what I need or if an reproductive endocrinologist. Idk would be better. Oh yay you're talking about the finacial side. We're waiting. I'll have a medical job next year for this reason..

The only difference between traditional IVF and invocell is that they use your body(inside vagina) instead of labs for incubation. Most doctors perform Icsi (injecting a single sperm in each egg) with invocell

Poor girl, your doctor did ablation surgery. That’s a HUGE NO!!! You need excision surgery, that is the ONLY way to do it right. So many women have these horror stories..should never have needed a second surgery that soon. You need to find a true specialist, unfortunately you doctor is not one. This is a well known in the community, please keep searching!
