How does this hold up when shooting heavy setups, 650 grains, with footers?

It works well with my 70 lb set up, with 500 grain arrows, that is the heaviest I have shot it with.

Sorry for the delay in answering, my Computer went down, I would not recommend this for Crossbows, once you get over 350 FPS the bolts are really hard to remove.
