Marie Galante Guadeloupe " Day two "

We left early in the morning to get to Pointe a Pitre to grab a ferry to Marie Galante. The ferry boat coast about 45 Euro's PP and we also rented a car for 32 EUro's. You can also rent some ATV's and scooters but they are way more expensive plus when its a hot day like the day we were in Marie Galante you'll be thankful that you had rented a car and be comfortable with AC. On our stay we visited three museum's, a rum factory, a view point of the ocean with pierce Rock " Gueule Grand Gouffre" a restaurant in Saint Louis and a beach in Grand Bourg. The ferry left pointe a Pitre at 8am and returned at 5pm.

Hi, how much was the ferry to Marie-Galante and were you able to explore most of not all of it in one day? Do u recommend visitors go there? Was it enjoyable 😅

The ferry was approximately 40 Euro from pointe a Pitre. On our arrival we rented a car in which I recommend. We paid roughly 30 euro for the car. I also u book it before you get to Marie Galante. You can also rent some atv and scooters at 70euros for the day but keep in mind that if it’s hot you won’t have any AC. We did the entire island in one day. We did have a good time
