We have to write our desires in present tense as it is already done or we have to simly write my desire is this or that and one more ques ...e.g i have to manifest a sp so should I wite it in two or three line what i want or just one affirmation?

Don’t put too much of brains behind it. This is manifestation which works on your beliefs. If you feel like you have all the time in the world to write full page paragraphs daily the go ahead. It is all about what really resonates with you. Personally I think the more the clearer and crisp the desire, the better it is for your own clarity.

You need to be really clear about your wants and desires. It is a process. It takes time. Instead of searching the answers to your questions in the outer world. Take a detour and go into your inner world by meditating. I’ll be posting a video on meditation in the coming weekend. Make sure to watch it. It will definitely help you in clearing out the thoughts.

Would you be exercising at the same intensity if you would have been expecting?
Let’s say you are running 10 miles a day and doing HIIT Workouts for 1 hour every day.
Would you be doing the same intensity of exercises while beingpregnant?
Bringing the intensity down and not exercising at all are two different things.
You have to live the very desire of yours in tge present moment. The feeling is the essence of manifestation. If you don’t know how to feel correctly then watch ‘believe’ video in the manifestation playlist on my channel :)
