I was at uni, we had just left class and realized that someone put a piano in the hallway. A bunch of us started fooling around, no one knew how to play. And one of my friends said she knew how to play a song. We were all laughing expecting something like Yankee Doodle, but she started playing this perfectly. Everyone shut up. And I cannot describe to you the emotion I felt, like my body was dissolving into the song. I had a smile on my face but I was fighting back tears. When she finished we were speechless. It’s a moment I’ll never forget❤

This piano has smashed billions of different expressions, they really make up a song, even if this is non lyrics, you can feel the emotions like sadness. 'River Flows In You' is supposed to be a romantic song, but it was a sad song, if Yiruma hadn't made this song, i would've lost hope to continue my piano journey.

This piece is so beautiful, I can't stop listening to it. I first heard it one random day while walking in Antwerp's city center, played by pianist Toby Jacobs. He would play it in his piano and I'd just sit down on a bench and let the beautiful music touch my soul. Sometimes I'd be a little far a way and as soon as I listened to the tunes starting, I'd just stop, sit down, breath and embrace the sound of it. It's transformative and it heals my heart a little every time (never fails to give me teary eyes too) ❤❤
