Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is slated to present himself for questioning before the Enforcement Directorate on Monday, June 13, in the National Herald case. Barely hours before Gandhi's questioning, several Congress workers were detained outside his residence for protesting the central agency's move to summon the MP.
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on June 1 issued summons to the Gandhis in a money-laundering case in connection with the National Herald-Associated Journals Ltd deal.
Rahul Gandhi was initially asked to appear on June 2 but he sought more time as he was outside the nation. While Sonia Gandhi was in India, she sought time to appear as she was down with COVID-19.

The question is of FIR. Then Rahul Gandhi should not responded to the summon. I am pretty sure Congress has the best legal minds.
But this is a valid point. Much as BJP presses hard on corruption when it comes to its own party members or sympathizers the party is soft. Mukul Roy, Yeduyappa, even recent Zee head Subhash Chandra many such cases the party is silent.
In a complaints case an FIR is not required.

Rajdeep, you are stuck. This is a clear case of Civil court issue dealing with land issue and corporate company. Where in you cannot file FIR in police station where they ask for proof. The proof has to be brought out through court dealings. Hence Mr. Swamy has moved court. If YIndia is non profit, then declare the rental income of properties and pay Income tax. It is given to govt organisation. Proof is there for payment of rent.
