Waren vlt. einfach nur ein paar Leute, die nicht so oft Tischtennis ansehen. In anderen Sportarten wird zwischen den Punkten Musik gespielt und die Leute klatschen teilweise noch bis in den nächsten Punkt hinein. Aber bei uns im Tischtennis machen wir den Zuschauern strenge "Vorschriften", wie sie sich zu verhalten haben. Da braucht man sich nicht wundern, wenn so wenig Leute zusehen kommen, wenn man den Sport wie eine geschlossene Gesellschaft betreibt.
Wer kennt sie nicht, die Oldies die es sich es aufgrund von fehlender Augenschärfe oder totaler Ergebenheit zum Club nicht nehmen lassen, beim heimischen Kanten/Netzball loszujubeln oder beim allerersten gegnerischen Netzball wie ein Wolf aufzujaulen .. man liebt sie ja irgendwie doch, aber manchmal .. egal.
Waldner was the best player of his time. Now his opponent is as old as his son. It is unfair for players of different generations to play together. There's nothing to be happy about beating the old Waldner, or you can challenge Malong or Fan Zhendong even Moregard ? They are he best player of your time, wouldn't you have a try? If you can beat them, you will be a good player. When other players of the previous generation sit on the sofa and drink coffee comfortably at home, Waldner is able to come out and play against young players, and he is the winner.
you okay? so should only people with the same age play together? also you do realiase players spike at different ages. Also people play together based on ratings or tournaments where you require a certain rating. So should waldner only play vs old people now with way below his rating to make you feel good, since your favorite player who does not even konw you are wont lose?
Nah, as long as the old times can still compete, I say let them. On a different day, waldner may have one, but because he's old everyone says that's the reason he lost.
