This song shows a completely different side of the group, as it is a ballad! Ballads aren't my favorite style of music, but I will say I was surprised about this one! This could be a good December release, but they did their Christmas cover "Christmas Without You" which was fun and a good call because it will get streams every holiday season. So it gives them three releases in four months which, for YG, is a pretty accelerated release schedule. And then their mini-album will drop in April with the full OT 7 and lots of promotion. So I am happy they left this until now
You have a good point! I’m also shocked at the rate that they’re releasing their songs because we all know how YG tends to treat his artists with regards to releasing music 🙃
