Craig is so enthusiastic in this episode, looking at the phone of the guest, its obvious this was a time before we went into the shit of social media and smartphones. Later episodes Craig seems to be not only bored from many years of doing the show but also it seems that more in the world annoys him. Of course it still a great show. Feels like these were simpler times, wonder how the future will look at 2020 and 2021 so far.
I will never ever understand how people can already be on the plane before the Professionals in charge of making sure it's not overbooked realize it's overbooked! How in the fuck does that happen?! It's not like a restaurant where there are numerous tables and chairs per table, where I can get that happening, but there's only a certain amount of seats on every single plane so I don't get how you overbook

I wonder if "bad-mouthing" Continental Airlines had an effect on it, it'd be awesome though.
