I think this song has a really sad meaning behind it. In the lyrics it says her happy IS the chocolate castle, metaphorically. When she meets a person she really likes, she 'lets him in' inside her own world. This meant, she must of thought that person was extremely special to her to let her in her own world. So much that she considers him as part of that happiness. When that man is starting to eat her castle, it means, he is slowing eating away her happiness. Her heart. When the man ate all of her happiness away, he went off to 'find more delicacies', which means he went off to eat someone elses happiness. Chocolate can also be considered as greed, so that man wanted more chocolate. However he ate all of the castle, meaning he had to go off and eat someone else, leaving the little girls dream broken. At the end, where she said she was Chocological means she is that type of person that can never get angry because she loved that person so much. It could also mean, she lost the effort and personallity to fight back, meaning, she can never be the same again... Damn that song sounded so happy too... ;_;

So far ive heard people say “Chocological” refers to how the girl in the song loves the person too much to be angry. Or something relating to seeing the experience as bittersweet, like chocolate. I haven’t really been able to find answers that sound 100% right, its pretty vague. My own theory is chocological refers to her eating her feelings. Which explains why she isn’t angry at the person she trusted having ate her joy. She mentioned before that she experienced sorrows. And she build her happiness up, metaphorically as a chocolate castle. I don’t think her sorrows disappeared when she build the castle but they were definitely covered up by it somewhat. So far ive heard people say “Chocological” refers to how the girl in the song loves the person too much to be angry. Or something relating to seeing the experience as bittersweet, like chocolate. I haven’t really been able to find answers that sound 100% right, its pretty vague. My own theory is chocological refers to her eating her feelings. Which explains why she isn’t angry at the person she trusted having ate her joy. She mentioned before that she experienced sorrows. And she build her happiness up, metaphorically as a chocolate castle. I don’t think her sorrows disappeared when she build the castle but they were definitely covered up by it somewhat. Which is why I think her sweets refer to suppression.

Until I heard her sing "Chocological", I kept reading the title as chronological. I was like "Wait, what did she say?"

I think what she meant to say was that even though you ate it all, her dreams, her hopes and everything, she wont mind. she would simply make a new one cuz she's a logical girl. she would cry nor beg for him, she gave him a chance but he just threw it - rather ate it. she's choco-logical, and it's his loss. the underlying message (in my opinion) women, are independent - she mdae her castle all on her own so what's stopping her from making a new one? only this time, it will be better and she will be fiercer.

This song is really sweet, but the fact that it does have a lenght of 4:20 make me think bad things XD
(However, this song is really well made and the happiness of the lyrics teaches that even in the worst situations and in the cliff of the misfortune , you dont have to stop to be happy and move foward; I really love it.)
