he is really good but too restricted especially since his team cant be taken to hard events without hoping for rng luck , he can be good only at 9th anniversary when 6th anniversary lr ui goku , lr evo blue vegeta both eza.
Limitations are too restrictive, that makes him so hard to play at his maximum potential (+ you have to put 3 bad characters in your team to do the active skill)
the active skill isnt a requirement for you to have ya know, you only need one more uss ally on his first turn then you get his guard and additional attack

Imagine if we got the 6 anniversary LR eza All 4 of them Plus the lr blue boys eza on the same time And we get 2 new universe 7 lrs on the 9th anniversary
Literally his only issue is requiring 3 RoU7 allies with him when that categoey hasn't been updated in a while. And iirc he only needs that for the active.
Bro, Beerus can hit 24m with activ skill after getting hit with good links, you take 4 ki you gain 40 DR you get 7 ki you get 70% DR before Attaking I think beerus is a lil bit better

His design restricts him to a shitty team. Getting his spirit bomb isn't consistent as you can either get one shot or activate his 50% atk buff mid turn, making his bomb weak.
And boys, this shows how this unit has improved so much after eza, a true limit-breaker warrior.
